Color and Patterns
The merchandise are photographed or scanned. Due to different graphic equipments, we cannot guarantee that the color and patterns are accurately depict the actual merchandise.
Replacement and Return
If you have any missing hardware from any merchandise from FenixGear.com, please follow the direction on the merchandise's instruction sheet for replacement parts request.
All returns must be made within 30 days.
Warranty does not protect against damages caused by weather.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise from FenixGear.com, you may ship the merchandise back to the address below in a trackable shipping method (Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.) in your own expense.
Notice: Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals and all other items originally included with the product. 20% restocking fee applies to open package or damaged package items

Please send the return merchandise tracking number to us, FenixGear will then credit back the returned merchandise's unit price once the merchandise is received. Original shipping charge will not be refunded.
