Recieved my LD10 two nights prior. Used it on patrol as a backup light just in case my primary takes a dump. Utilized the LD10 searching under car seats, while doing FI's, citations, etc. Love the little guy! Nice white output, no halo, long run time, better than my Surfire 6P which I've been carrying since 1991. Wanted a new back up since the bulb finally blew in the 6P, starting shopping around and found the Fenix. Bought it from other outlet, but I will buy my next light direct due to slow shipping from other store. With 18 yrs. experience, I highy suggest checking out Fenix for backup/primary lighting source. Since I do all purchasing for my agency, I will purchase Fenix brand next time we re-order tac lights. Thanks for a great product Fenix! P.S., I would love to see a momentary on mode!

I bought the black LD10 and WOW what a light. Plenty of output and the different modes let the user determine battery life. Forget the comments about the blue colored looking light output. Us regular folk, me included, will/ don't even notice it. This is an excellent light for the money. I plan to buy more. David

I've had this light for over a month and I still say WOW every time I use it. Wanted a bright (over 100 lumens), pocket sized light that uses a single AA battery and this light fit the bill. The lowest power setting gives more than enough light for getting around a dark room and the turbo setting is amazingly bright with an impressive throw. I've been a Streamlight fan for years and for its size to light ratio this light puts the Streamlight Stinger LED (original version) to shame. The beam on the Stinger has a hotter center and longer throw but for close to medium range work (0 - 35 feet) the Fenix works just as well. I'm using a rechargeable NiMH 2500 mAh battery and have been very pleased with the battery life. The only thing that would make it better would be if it had a momentary on switch. This is my first Fenix light but definitely not my last. Cindy
