Order and Return Policy

Ordering

Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you.

To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. See the Security section below for more details on security measures and procedures. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties, except those specified in the Sharing section of this policy.

Viewing Orders

Check Order Status
Customer can review the status of any order you've placed via Orders & Returns Status page to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll be able to review the order total, shipping address, payment method, item availability and package tracking information for items that have shipped.

Cancel Items or Order
If an unavailable item is keeping other items on an order from shipping or you simply decide you don't need an item anymore, you can remove items from your open orders. Please call us toll free at 1-877-FENIXUS (336-4987) to ask our customer service to discuss your request.

Deliver

We process orders quickly so you can start enjoying your new items faster. We ship out your order when order receiving before 3:00 PM EST Monday ~ Friday, excluding U.S. holiday. That means, for in-stock items, your package will be on its way in 1 ~ 2 business days. We always do our best to ship everything in one package, but sometimes items may arrive separately.

Continental United States and Alaska/Hawaii
When you choose Standard USPS service (First Class or Priority depending on package weight) to ship your items, you can expect your order to arrive in 2 ~ 5 days after your shipment notification email is sent.
When you choose UPS 2nd Day Air service to ship your items, you can expect your order to arrive within two business days when placed by 3:00 PM EST Monday ~ Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
When you choose UPS Next Day Aie service to ship your items, you can expect your order to arrive within one business day when placed by 3:00 PM EST Monday ~ Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Military APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
APO/FPO/DPO orders are shipped via USPS ONLY. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO/DPO to the recipient. You can expect your order to arrive in 3 ~ 7 business days after your shipment notification email is sent, when placed by 3:00 PM EST Monday ~ Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Other U.S. Territories
Currently we do not ship to American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

PO Box Address
Those orders are shipped via USPS ONLY.

International
We are unable to ship to international address at this time.

Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days. Warranty does not protect against damages caused by weather. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise from FenixGear.com, you may ship the merchandise back to the address below in a trackable shipping method (Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.) in your own expense.

Notice: Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals and all other items originally included with the product.
