I use this on rounds to examine patients and the quality of the light is perfect for this. I got a holster although it is a bit tight, it is getting better with use. David

Sits perfectly beside my Leatherman Charge Ti in the Leatherman factory leather holder. Light is plenty bright. I use it about once a week for maybe a minute at a time, and a single lithium battery lasts me a little over a year. I don't think you will find a better light that runs off a single AA battery and that lasts as long as this on one AA cell at this level brightness. The run time is unreal and the brightness is amazing for such a small sized unit. Very easy to carry, light and very very well made. A good investment if you are looking for a decent light that is cheap to run. James
